The Santola VV is made from the native Loureiro and Pederña varietals. It is slightly effervescent and bursting with apple, citrus, and stone fruits on the nose and palate. Drink this wine well chilled and make certain to have a backup bottle on ice.

Santola is the name for spider crab in Portuguese and as it turns out, this wine pairs beautifully with seafood. Crabmeat, shrimp, haddock, salmon - it's all good! And don't forget, it is great all by itself too!
