Fermented and aged in stainless steel, the 2022 Pedroncelli Sauvignon Blanc "Giovanni & Giulia" has intense aromatics of white peaches, citrus fruits, and hints of freshly mown grass. The palate offers a panoply of fruit characters; dominant notes of lemon zest are layered with accents of pineapple, passion fruit, green apple, and Honeydew melon. Subtle notes of honeysuckle round out the long finish, which is balanced by bright acidity.
