The 2025 Sierra Cantabria Rioja XF Rosé is a blend of 35% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Viura, 33% Garnacha, 6% Maturana, and 6% Tempranillo vinified in stainless steel tanks. It has aromas of raspberries,  wild strawberries, and pomegranates, layered with subtle notes of white peaches and aniseed. The palate is light and crisp, with flavors of strawberries,  Honeydew melons, Golden Delicious apples, and citrus fruits. The finish is Long and refreshing, with bright, clean, mineral-driven acidity.
