Sourced from prime vineyards throughout the state and aged in new oak, the 2021 Uppercut Cabernet Sauvignon California has aromas of black fruits, espresso, and baking spices. The palate is full-bodied and lushly-textured, with flavors of blackberries and black cherries layered with accents of cocoa, caramel, and toast. Pliant tannins lend structure without detracting from the wine's silky mouthfeel. Flavors of black fruits, vanilla, and baking spiced linger on the long finish.
