The IGP of Côtes de Gascogne in SW France is known for its white wines. This appellation's warm summers, Atlantic Ocean breezes, and clay/limestone soils bring forth terrific juice that deftly balances ripe fruit flavors, acidity, and terroir-driven characters, just like today's offer. 

The 2021 Mont Gravet Côtes de Gascogne is a blend of 50% sauvignon blanc and 50% colombard that is unoaked in order to showcase the wine's generous fruit characters. Medium-bodied, it abounds with flavors of fresh peaches and pears laced with citrus fruits and wet stone. Vibrant acidity gives the wine lift and balance and brings it to a long finish. This is a classic "porch pounder" and will also be a great pairing with seafood, poultry, and light pasta dishes.
