This is textbook Chiroubles: luminous, polished, intricate and utterly delicious. There is so much flavor packed into this wine it is amazing! Enjoy with a wide range of dishes from chicken in tarragon sauce, seared tuna or a beet salad with goat cheese and pecans. Though for me, it is best with a plate of assorted charcuterie and artisanal cheeses. Brilliant!
