The grapes harvested for this wine come from veins of clay-limestone soils of each plot of the estate's vineyards. Once harvested manually, they are transported to the cellar to be gently pressed in order to remove only the fruit and as little tannic structure as possible.  All this gives us a cuvée with a purple, slightly dark purple color and offers a beautiful aroma of red fruits (raspberry, cherry), sweet spices (red pepper) and a fresh and then gourmet substance.
