PRODUCT OVERVIEW/REVIEWS:
North Valley Vineyards' name is a geographical reference to the northern corner of the Willamette Valley where the winery is located. Here, owners and winemakers Michelle and Tony Soter (of Etude Vineyards fame) and James Cahill, who has over 20 Willamette Valley harvests under his belt, lavish plenty of attention on their two estate vineyards and have developed strong partnerships with growers throughout the region who share their philosophy. Their dedication and perseverance have rewarded them (and us!) with wines that are nothing short of stunning.

Fermented in stainless steel and oak, then aged in a combination of new and seasoned oak barrels, the 2019 North Valley Vineyards "Classic" Chardonnay has aromas of pineapples and Golden Delicious apples and a lush, full palate of Asian pears, apricots, and lemon zest. The finish is long and infused with bright acidity.

Check out the press!

92 points, James Suckling:
"Baked apples, dried lemon, cedar, and spiced pears on the nose. It’s medium-bodied with bright acidity. Vibrant and zesty finish." (8/22/21)
